The Personal Twofold Matrix

The personal forced matrix is a 3 by 10 matrix, that is, under each position there are 3 positions until 10 downward levels. Each associate is placed underneath their sponsor or the sponsor’s downline.

Therefore, everyone in your personal matrix is related to you by way of personal sponsorship. It is composed of your sponsor, people that you or your sponsor have personally sponsored, and people they have in turn sponsored. In this 3- by-10 forced matrix you get $1 commission per position under you. If you have not personally sponsored anyone, you are entitled to earning commission until 7 downward levels. Subject to certain conditions, you may get the downward commission to infinity. Moreover, there is spill over from sponsors located above you: other people they sponsor may well be located in your direct downline so that you receive commission for them as well.

At the end of every month, the company general 3-by-10 matrix of which your 3-by-10 personal forced matrix is part, is “split” into two equal parts. The bottom half of participants switches places with top half. At the same time the positions of associates in the part which was hitherto higher in the matrix are also switched internally. So the member which was previously at the top of the matrix is now located at the bottom, the associate which was second is now second to last, and so on. At this point, associates’ commissions for the personal twofold matrix is calculated. You also get $1 per person in your new direct downline. Without inviting any new associates, you are entitled to 7 downward levels of commission. For 7 full rows of members under you, you can earn up to $3279.without any personal sales.

The following month, after new members have joined, the same process is repeated. The matrix is again divided in two parts whose positions are swapped before calculating commission. The point of this rotation is that as many associates as possible can be located around the top levels of the matrix and earn high commissions.

The Communal Twelve-fold Revolving Matrix©

The second communal matrix, in which every associate also has a position, is a sequential company forced matrix. This is one common sequential matrix in which you are added upon subscribing to the compensation plan. In this matrix it does not matter who your sponsor is. You are simply placed behind the previous most recent associate. In this matrix every associate gets commission from the associates located underneath his position.

At the end of every month for the purpose of calculating commissions, the communal matrix is split into 12 equal parts. Each of these fractions contains an equal number of associates. Each fraction will in turn end up in the upper part of the matrix during one of twelve successive rotations.

In the first of the twelve versions of the communal matrix, the bottom twelfth fraction of the matrix climbs to the top of the matrix. During the second rotation, the fraction which was second from bottom climbs to the top of the matrix. In the third matrix, the fraction which was third from bottom climbs to the top of the matrix, and so on. Therefore, there are in total 11 separate rotations and twelve different communal matrices. The income of each associate in the communal matrix is calculated as an average of the income the associate earned in the 12 configurations. In this matrix, you also earn $1 per person in your downline.

Associates’ commission is calculated in both the personal twofold matrix and the communal twelve-fold matrix. Combining these methods of calculating associates’ commission ensures that all associates get a fair share of the matrix’s revenue. In this way profits are redistributed in an equitable way among all positions, whether associates join early on or at a later stage in the compensation plan. Moreover, there are monthly compressions, so if an associate leaves, the member immediately behind moves in the vacant place.

A huge advantage of the revolving matrix is that even if you do not make any new sales, you can still earn your monthly commission when positions revolve each month. Not only that, but you earn your commission for your positions in both matrices. So even if you are lower down at the end of every month, you will be located higher up in one of the rotating matrices. Moreover, another innovation re the virtual positions, whose subscriptions are paid by the company. Members still receive commission for virtual positions located under them.
